Newberry

The Newberry Library is a magical place, I assume. I'm not official enough to have made it past the entryway galleries. It's one of only 2 private research libraries in the country. You have to be a scholar doing documented research to gain access to its inner chambers, or Jesus. I am neither, so I just skulk around the imposing stone edifice wishing I had enough scholastic clout [or money] to walk in like I own the place.

Until now.

They offer seminar-style Adult Education classes for absolutely any bum off the street, and I definitely qualify as that. So prepare yourself, Newberry - I'm going to be entering your hallowed[probably] walls and learning about American Writers in Paris for a measly $190 and. I. Cannot. Wait.
