After work, I made the rounds of a few local seamstresses in order to find someone who could put the crowning touches on my new coat.

Disclaimer: that girl is not me.
After getting the coat taken care of, I ate my usual dinner of spinach, raw veggies, and other delights that would frighten your average toddler. Then, I was off to the bars.
I had two agendas for the night:
1. Halligan's
2. Alive One
Both are awesome neighborhood bars near me that I had to review for PartyEarth. The vibe was different in both though, and ohhhh the adventures I had.
So far, I am 3-for-3 in men hitting on me at the bars I review for PartyEarth.
Favorite pick-up line: "Are you doing homework?" No, sir. I am writing a review. And I just reviewed your face out of here.
Tonight, I got one very classy pierced individual in Halligan's. "Can I get your number?" he asked after some pleasant small chat. "So we could make out sometime?" WOW. I quickly fibbed, "Sorry... I have a boyfriend." And a life. (That's what I should have said.)
Alive One was much classier, and I had a good conversation about politics and literature with a guy there. We chatted for a while, I met his friends, and we watched the live band together for a bit. As I departed he, too, asked for my number. I gave him my business card, like the classy chick I am.
LOL. That is awesome. I was out Saturday night and a guy hit on me by showing me pictures of his two-year-old nephew. It was hilair.
