Killer priests.
We´ve been watching Roland Joffe´s masterful film ¨The Mission¨ since last week in one of my classes, and finished today. This movie added to my already deep love for the incomparable Jeremy Irons (star of ¨Bridehead Revisited¨ which I believe I´ve mentioned before...Run, don´t walk, to watch the BBC mini-series based on the book. I´m confident you already read the book, according to my instructions in an earlier post).
¨The Mission¨ was sad, heartfelt, moving- and rife with killer priests. I highly recommend it, but advise you to bring tissues and a strong stomach. You´ll need them.
