Such a wonderful, busy week.
I took Mum and Cathy all over Madrid and my beloved Toledo, including the amazingly cheap market and the library in a castle. When I couldn´t be with them because of classes, I wrote them a ¨treasure hunt¨ of the Toledo cathedral to augment their self-guided tour. We ate out at La Abadía, La Cubana Restaurante (which I walk past every day!) and my regular hangout, Trébol. We sipped pink wine and Cathy attended one of my classes. We shopped and talked and attended a rather peculiar play at a Madrid theater (it was required for a class).

I was so, so happy to spend time with them and maybe- just maybe- I´ll get to do that again this weekend, in Paris.
